Lab Table with Modules

Under bench modules will be made of 1 mm thick pre-coated Galvanized Iron sheet (TATA or JSW Steel—GI Sheet) and completely finished with epoxy powder coating. These modules will be provided with a bottom cupboard with lockable doors and an anodized aluminium flush handle. The under-bench modules will be arranged as per the diagram. The base of the modules will be provided with skirting panels with adjustable feet (tolerance of 5–20 mm to correct unevenness of flooring).

Table top: Made of finely polished, epoxy resin-coated, 18 mm ± 2 mm-thick black colour granite with rounded edges.

Colour options: Colour combination of IVORY or WHITE and drawer fronts contrasting BLUE/YELLOW/GREEN /RED/ORANGE for aesthetic appeal by powder coating technique.

Water Sink/Flume: is made of 6 mm thick PP material, acid-base resistance, one integrative type.
Water Tap/Faucet/Nozzle: Use sturdy 3-outlet white or grey water faucets. The water faucet is a fine-tip nozzle type with a high head and single nozzle with 360° rotation, It is convenient for multipurpose use, and the user can dismantle it to clean the scale. with the slow pressure function; the surface has an epoxy resin spray coating; the core of the valve is ceramic; the outlet is dismountable; and there is a formation thread inside, that can be connected conveniently to a special water pipe.
Pegboard, Rack/Drop Water Device: use an anti-syphon type of water container that has the function of blocking stink and water pipe blockages and is easy to dismantle and maintain.
Two/Three–layer Reagent Rack: upright column adopts high-quality square steel sections weld moulding; the surface is coated with epoxy resin powder; firm structure (strong, solid); anti-corrosion; and an elegant appearance.
