In the delicate ecosystem of a sterile facility, the transfer of materials is often the most vulnerable point for contamination. Metrolabs provides high-accuracy Air Control Systems and Dynamic Pass Boxes, engineered to serve as a pressurized, filtered gateway between different ISO-class zones.

Unlike static boxes, our Dynamic Pass Boxes act as a localized cleanroom environment, utilizing active filtration to “scrub” materials of any surface particulates before they enter the sterile suite.

The Dynamic Pass Box: An Active Filtration Gateway

A Metrolabs Dynamic Pass Box is a self-contained structural unit that maintains a higher internal pressure than the surrounding rooms, ensuring a constant “outward” flow of air when doors are opened.

Integrated HEPA Filtration

The core of the dynamic system is its ability to self-purify. Recirculatory Airflow: Air is drawn from the chamber, passed through a G4 Pre-filter, and forced through a H14 HEPA Filter (99.997% efficiency). Class 100 Environment: The internal chamber maintains Grade A air quality, ensuring that any dust or microbes introduced during loading are immediately filtered out.

High-Accuracy Airflow Monitoring

Our systems are equipped with integrated Differential Pressure Sensors to monitor the health of the internal filters and the pressure stability of the chamber.

Electromagnetic Interlocking System

To prevent the breach of the cleanroom's pressure gradient, our systems utilize a fail-safe interlocking logic. Sequential Access: Only one door can be opened at a time. If the "dirty side" is open, the "clean side" remains hermetically locked. Visual Status Indicators: High-visibility LED lights (Red/Green) signal to personnel when the chamber is safe to access or undergoing a cleaning cycle.
