Traditional windows have frames and ledges that collect dust and harbor microbes. Metrolabs View Panels are designed with a “Zero-Ledge” philosophy to ensure your facility remains compliant and easy to sanitize.
Flush-Mounted Design
Our panels are installed perfectly level with the surface of our Modular Cleanroom Panels on both sides. Seamless Integration: Eliminates the horizontal surfaces where particulates typically settle. Easy Cleaning: The continuous surface allows for uninterrupted wipe-downs during sterilization cycles.
High-Strength Safety Glass
We use toughened (tempered) glass as standard to ensure personnel safety and structural durability. Double-Glazed Vacuum Seal
Each unit consists of two layers of high-strength tempered glass, separated by an airtight spacer.
