The Hermetic Sealing Mechanism
Our sliding hermetic doors feature a unique "drop-and-slide" action. As the door reaches the closed position: The Descent: The door track allows the leaf to move toward the frame and downward toward the floor. The Compression: High-grade EPDM gaskets are compressed against the laboratory wall and floor, creating a hermetic seal on all four sides.
Specialized Leaf Construction
To maintain the integrity of your Wall & Partition Systems, our doors share the same high-performance DNA: Core Material: High-density PUF or Rockwool for thermal and acoustic insulation. Surface Finish: Available in Non-porous SS 304/316 or Anti-bacterial powder-coated galvanized steel. Flush Design: The door leaf is completely smooth, with no ledges or visible screws to harbor pathogens.
